Camping Pros has two options available for your Southern California or Northern Baja California camping getaway. Our Food Service Package includes all your food and beverage needs for the duration of camping trip. Our Food and Camping Package includes all your meals and drinks as well as complete setup and takedown of your tent accommodations complete with sleeping pads, sleeping mats, lanterns, chairs, firewood and miscellaneous recreation equipment and board games.

Camping Pros Food Service Package let's you spend all your time the way you want, without the hassles of shopping, cooking and cleaning up. Take a hike, play a game, or just sit and relax and let us prepare delicious camping meals for you. Our Food Service Package includes catered meals, all hot and cold beverages, snacks, and campfire treats. We offer several menus to choose from or we can customize a menu specifically for your group. So start your morning off with a fresh cup of coffee or hot cocoa and let us serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner. Finish off the evening with a snack and a beverage around the campfire. |

Our Food and Camping Package also includes miscellaneous board games and sporting equipment to compliment the amenities various campgrounds have to offer. Sporting equipment (soccerballs, footballs, 4-square balls) / Beach games (frisbees, paddleballs, Jai Lai) / Board games (chess, checkers, scrabble, backgammon)Card games (decks of cards, uno) / Kids activities if applicable (Lincoln logs, crayons, paper) / * Group games (volleyball, badminton, horseshoes) * only available at certain campsites |
Rate Details
Camping Pros Rates: Please note that these prices are for services provided by Camping Pros and do not include fees charged by the individual campgroundsRate Details: Rates are for arrival day dinner through departure day breakfast. Additional meals can be purchased for $10 (i.e. arrival or departure day lunch). Please call Camping Pros at 858.312.6777 for details.
Payment Policy: A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your dates with Camping Pros. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to your trip. (The $200 deposit goes towards your final balance)
Cancellation Policy: If your group cancels more than 3 weeks prior to your trip, we retain your $200 deposit. If your group cancels between one and three weeks prior to your trip, we retain 15% if the contract price. If your group cancels less than one week prior to your trip, we retain 30% of the contract price.
Environmental Conditions: If campground determines that an evacuation from campsite is necessary due to environmental conditions, a pro-rated schedule will be established to apply your choice of a refund or credit for our services at a later date. However, any group who voluntarily chooses to leave prior to their agreed upon departure date will not recieve a refund or credit for the early departure.
