Camping Pros Food Service Package let's you spend all your time the way you want, without the hassles of shopping, cooking and cleaning up. Take a hike, play a game, or just sit and relax and let our team prepare delicious camping meals throughout your camping getaway.

Our Food Service Package includes catered meals throughout your stay, all your hot and cold beverages, snacks, and campfire treats. We offer several menus to choose from or we can customize a menu specifically for your group. So start your morning off with a fresh cup of coffee or hot cocoa and let us serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner. Finish off the evening with a snack and a beverage around the campfire. *Camping Pros offers a “green” option with your Food Service Package. At your request we will provide your group with real plates, cups, bowls and flatware and a washing station for your group to wash your own dishes.

What's a campout without S'mores? Roast some marshmallows around the campfire & nestle them between two graham crackers and delicious Hershey's chocolate! Keep warm with Coffee, Hot Cocoa and Hot Tea.

Rates for Food-Only Catering Package

Price per person:
2 Nights/5 meals - $90pp
3 Nights/8 Meals - $120pp
4 Nights/11 meals- $150pp

Rate Details:
2 night/25 person minimum. 2 night minimum may be waived for larger groups. Can accommodate up to 500 people or more. Discounted rates apply to large groups. Rates do not include campground fees. Custom trips available. Please call for details.

Payment Policy:
We require half down with the balance due at the conclusion of your event.

Cancellation Policy:
If your group needs to cancel for any reason, Camping Pros will be entitled to retain a cancellation fee based upon the time of cancellation. If your group cancels more than 3 weeks prior to your campout, we retain 5% of the contract price. If your group cancels 1 to 3 weeks prior to your campout, we retain 15% of contract price. If your group cancels less than one week prior to campout, we retain 30% of the contract price.

Acts of God:
If the camp-out is cancelled due to fire, flood, road closures, or any similar or other Acts of God beyond our control, we will be entitled to retain 15% of contract price to help compensate us for costs incurred for planning and coordinating the trip. However, any group who voluntarily chooses to leave prior to their agreed-upon departure date will not receive a credit or refund for the early departure.
