When it comes to camping, details are often overlooked. With Camping Pros, our Food and Camping Package has everything needed for your group camping getaway. Our all-inclusive camp setups create a unique atmosphere for all types of group functions including church retreats, family reunions, youth groups, corporate campouts and much more.

Our Food and Camping Package includes assistance in finding a campsite, complete setup and take down of all your camping equipment, catered meals and snacks throughout your stay, and games and activities to compliment campground amenities. So whether you choose the scented pines of the local mountains, the ocean breeze of the Pacific, the starry skies of the desert, or the rolling hills of the inland valleys, we can provide the perfect setup for your group getaway.

Camping Accommodations

Our Food and Camping Package includes everything you need for a comfortable, hassle-free getaway! Our tents are set up completely furnished with comfortable sleeping pads, flashlights, indoor lanterns and a small tent table. Outside you'll find camping chairs, firewood, outdoor lighting, and everything else needed for a hassle-free camping getaway.

Camping Accommodations Include:

10’x10’ Dome Tents	Lanterns (1 per tent)

Food and Beverage Service

Relaxing in the great outdoors with your very own on-site cooks; who could ask for anything more! Our Food and Camping Package includes catered meals, snacks, beverages and campfire treats. We have a variety of menus to choose from and can even customize a menu just for your group. So sit back and relax and let our team prepare delicious camping meals throughout your stay.

*Camping Pros offers a “green” option with your Food Service Package. At your request we will provide your group with real plates, cups, bowls and flatware and a washing station for your group to wash your own dishes.

Hiking, fishing, bird watching, stargazing, and relaxing are among the most popular activities Mother Nature has to offer. We compliment this with a variety of sporting equipment and board games. Whether you want to work on your horseshoe game or play a game of chess, we offer a variety of games and activities for your group to play at your leisure.

Kids Activity Tent

If the kids are coming, Camping Pros has you covered. Very popular among our little ones is our Kids' Tent. This screen enclosure provides games and crafts for kids while keeping them visible for parents' supervision. Children can also enjoy a variety of sporting equipment.

Rates for Food and Camping Package

Price per person:
2 Nights/5 meals - $120pp
3 Nights/8 Meals - $160pp
4 Nights/11 meals - $200pp

Rate Details:
2 night/25 person minimum. 2 night minimum may be waived for larger groups. Can accommodate up to 500 people or more. Discounted rates apply to large groups. Rates do not include campground fees. Custom trips available. Please call for details.

Payment Policy:
We require half down with the balance due at the conclusion of your event.

Cancellation Policy:
If your group needs to cancel for any reason, Camping Pros will be entitled to retain a cancellation fee based upon the time of cancellation. If your group cancels more than 3 weeks prior to your campout, we retain 5% of the contract price. If your group cancels 1 to 3 weeks prior to your campout, we retain 15% of contract price. If your group cancels less than one week prior to campout, we retain 30% of the contract price.

Acts of God:
If the camp-out is cancelled due to fire, flood, road closures, or any similar or other Acts of God beyond our control, we will be entitled to retain 15% of contract price to help compensate us for costs incurred for planning and coordinating the trip. However, any group who voluntarily chooses to leave prior to their agreed-upon departure date will not receive a credit or refund for the early departure.
