MISSION TRIPS - PACKAGES & RATES
Camping Pros has two options available for your mission trip group. Our Food Service Package includes all your food and beverage needs for the duration of your mission trip. Our Food and Camping Package includes all your meals and drinks as well as complete setup and takedown of all your tent accomodations complete with 2" sleeping mats and chairs.

Rate Details
Camping Pros Rates: Please note that these prices are for services provided by Camping Pros and do not include Amor's individual participation fees. Please call Amor directly at 619-662-1200 for rates and details on their Mission Trip programs.Rate Details: Rates are for arrival day dinner through departure day breakfast. Additional arrival or departure day lunches can be added for $10 per person.
Payment Policy: A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your dates with Camping Pros. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to your trip. (The $200 deposit goes towards your final balance)
Cancellation Policy: If your group cancels more than 3 weeks prior to your trip, we retain your $200 deposit. If your group cancels between one and three weeks prior to your trip, we retain 15% if the contract price. If your group cancels less than one week prior to your trip, we retain 30% of the contract price.
Environmental Conditions: If Amor Ministries determines that an evacuation from Mexico is necessary due to environmental conditions, a pro-rated schedule will be established to apply a refund. However, any group who voluntarily chooses to leave prior to their agreed upon departure date will not recieve a refund or credit for the early departure.
