MISSION TRIPS - FOOD & BEVERAGE MENUS

Camping Pros offers a variety of hearty meals and drinks throughout your mission trip. Hot breakfasts every morning, sandwiches and snacks for lunch, and a hearty dinner after a long workday. A variety of hot and cold beverages are always available. Please note that menu items may be altered and substitutions may be made due to store inventories, seasonal items, etc.

Breakfast Menus Continental breakfasts are served daily and include dry cereals, flavored oatmeal, breakfast bars, milk, sunny delight, apple juice, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. All hot breakfasts include an assortment of 3 of the following each day: Scrambled eggs / Bacon or sausage / Mexican burritos (choice of chorizo or Mexican-style eggs, served with flour tortillas) / Pancakes or French toast / Hashbrowns / Chilaquiles (fried corn tortillas scrambled with eggs and mild green enchilada sauce) All hot breakfasts are supplemented with assorted salsas, grated cheese, sour cream, and all the appropriate trimmings.

Lunch Menus We set up a lunch line in conjunction with breakfast for your group to make bagged lunches. Coolers are provided for you to transport your lunches to the worksites. We also provide five gallon igloos of drinking water and Gatorade. White and wheat breads Sliced turkey, sliced ham, and peanut butter and jelly Mayonnaise, mustard, American cheese, lettuce and pickles Granola bar, trail mix bars, and assorted potato chips Seasonal whole fruit and baby carrots Water and Gatorade

Dinner Menus Beef Tacos served with corn tortillas, rice and beans, tortillas chips and salsa and all the appropriate condiments Spaghetti served with meat sauce and parmesan cheese, Mexican bread (bolillo), green beans and corn and all the appropriate condiments Pork or Chicken Tamales served with rice and beans, tortillas chips and salsa and all the appropriate condiments All dinners include water, lemonade & assorted sodas

Dinner Menus Chicken Fajitas served with flour tortillas, rice and refried beans, tortillas chips & salsa and all appropriate condiments BBQ Beef Sandwich served with Mexican bread (bolillo), mashed potatoes and gravy, green salad or steamed vegetables and all the appropriate condiments All American BBQ served with hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, chili, potato salad & all appropriate condiments All dinners include water, lemonade & assorted sodas

Campfire Snacks Every night following dinner we provide your group with a campfire snack. Campfire snacks may include cookies, Rice Krispee treats, or everything you need to roast your own s'mores. Coffee, hot cocoa, and assorted teas are also available every night.

Beverage Service Breakfast includes water, apple juice, Sunny D, milk (regular, 2% & soy), freshly brewed regular coffee, decaffeinated instant coffee and assorted flavored teas Lunch includes five gallon igloos of water and Gatorade to take to the worksites Dinner includes water, lemonade and assorted sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, etc.) Campfire Snacks includes water, hot cocoa, regular coffee, decaffeinated instant coffee and assorted flavored teas Note: Ice is also available for all cold drinks mentioned above.
