Continental breakfasts are served daily and include assorted dry cereals, assorted flavored oatmeal, breakfast bars, milk, sunny delight, apple juice, coffee, tea and hot cocoa.
All hot breakfasts include an assortment of 3 of the following each day: * Scrambled Eggs * Bacon or Sausage * Mexican Burritos (choice of chorizo or Mexican eggs, served with flour tortillas) * Pancakes or French Toast * Hashbrowns * Chilaquiles (fried corn tortillas scrambled with eggs and green enchilada sauce) All hot breakfasts are supplemented with assorted salsas, grated cheese, sour cream, and all the appropriate trimmings. |
Lunch Menus
We set up a lunch line in conjunction with breakfast for your group to make bagged lunches. Coolers are provided for you to transport your lunches to the worksites. We also provide five gallon igloos of water and Gatorade.

Campfire Snacks
Every night following dinner we provide a campfire snack. Campfire snacks may include cookies, rice krispee treats, or everything you need to roast your own s'mores. Coffee, hot cocoa, and assorted teas are also available every night. Drinking water is always available. |
